I stand on this rocky mountain not knowing how to stand up right
I test the surface and find my balance
Sometimes stepping on sharp edges and small rocks you thought had no worth
They were the worst of them, they always came from no where
Still here I go stepping on one obstacle after the other, fighting through the scars
But somehow I grew tired and decided to stop stepping
Better to let go and pass a new route, perhaps there are no rocks there
Either way, I still have a long way to go
